The NC Handicapped Sportsmen, Back in the Woods Again Hunt and the Mid-Atlantic PVA are teaming up for a great opening day dove hunt Saturday, September 2nd in Chatham County NC. We will be hosting 20 Wheelchair Hunters and 20 Able-Bodied Hunters. There will be 20 shooting locations to accommodate 1 wheelchair and 1 able-bodied companion who will hunt together. The NC Handicapped Sportsmen will be taking applications for 10 wheelchair hunters and the PVA will be taking applications for 10 wheelchair hunters. Shooting will be from 1/2 hour before sunrise until 5 PM. We will be having breakfast at 10 AM and dinner will be served after the hunt. Hunters are responsible for their own transportation, 2017 hunting license and equipment needed to participate. Please contact me for information and applications.
