Whitetail Deer, Mule Deer, Pronghorn, Exotics, Turkey, Hogs. Every year, there are opportunities for hunters all over the state of Texas, and they will make accommodations for disabled hunters if drawn: (Our State Parks & Wildlife Management Areas that offer hunts by “assigned blinds” will have blinds that are disabled-friendly (larger, easy-access and closer to drop-off points) and make necessary means available to accommodate the hunter in need. If chosen, you do need to call ahead (prior to your hunt period dates) in order for staff to make arrangements before you arrive. The public draw usually opens online in early summer.
